1. Free Trial Period
Each For Sale By Owner (FSBO) account is entitled to one (1) free listing on the Business MLS Network platform. The free listing is active for a period of ninety (90) calendar days ("Initial Trial Period") beginning on the date the listing is published and approved. No payment information is required to activate the free trial. The free trial is limited to one listing per account and cannot be transferred, combined, or extended beyond the 90-day period.
2. Renewal After Trial Period
Upon expiration of the Initial Trial Period, the listing will be automatically deactivated and removed from public search results unless the account holder elects to renew. Two renewal options are available: (a) Monthly Renewal at $19.95 per month, billed at the time of each renewal, or (b) 3-Month Renewal Package at $49.00, billed as a single payment covering a 90-day extension. Renewal payments are non-refundable once the renewal period has begun. The account holder may select their preferred renewal option through their account dashboard.
3. Expiration & Auto-Removal
If the account holder does not renew their listing before the expiration date, the listing will be automatically removed from the platform. Removed listings will no longer appear in search results, will not be visible to brokers or buyers, and all associated inquiry threads will be archived. The account holder may reactivate a removed listing at any time by logging into their account and selecting a renewal option, subject to the then-current renewal pricing.
4. Expiration Notifications
The Business MLS Network will send an email notification to the account holder's registered email address seven (7) calendar days prior to the listing expiration date. A second reminder will be sent one (1) calendar day before expiration. It is the account holder's responsibility to ensure their email address is current and to monitor for renewal notifications. Failure to receive notifications due to incorrect email settings, spam filters, or other factors does not extend the listing period.
5. Verified Badge
The Verified Badge is an optional, one-time purchase of $99.00. Upon purchase, a licensed broker affiliated with Your Biz Rep will conduct a review of the listed business, which may include a phone or video assessment and a basic review of financial documents provided by the account holder. Upon successful completion of the review, a "Verified by Your Biz Rep" badge will be displayed on the listing. The Verified Badge does not constitute a formal business valuation, appraisal, or guarantee of the accuracy of any information provided by the account holder. The badge remains active for the duration of the listing, including renewals, and does not need to be repurchased.
6. Listing Content & Accuracy
The account holder is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information included in their listing. The Business MLS Network and Your Biz Rep LLC reserve the right to remove, modify, or suspend any listing that contains inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information, or that violates the platform's Terms of Service. Listings must represent a genuine business offered for sale by the account holder or their authorized representative.
7. No Automatic Billing
The Business MLS Network does not automatically charge renewal fees. All renewals are initiated by the account holder through their account dashboard. There are no recurring charges, hidden fees, or automatic subscriptions associated with FSBO listings. The account holder will only be charged when they actively elect to renew their listing.
8. Cancellation
Account holders may remove their listing at any time by logging into their account and selecting the "Remove Listing" option. If a listing is removed during an active paid renewal period, no refund will be issued for the remaining time. The account holder may relist at any time, subject to the then-current pricing and a new 3-month free trial is not available for previously listed businesses.
Effective Date: These terms are effective as of the date of account creation and apply to all FSBO listings on the Business MLS Network. Your Biz Rep LLC reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' written notice to active account holders.
